Herbal Teas and Quick Pickles with Crystal Lee and Lori Weidenhammer:

Lori and Crystal will help you celebrate the Autumn Moon Festival by showing you how to make herbal teas and pickled lotus root. Bring your own cup to enjoy herbal tea made from our garden beds.  Please wear a mask, dress for the weather and bring an umbrella.

Explorations in Paper-making with Catherine Shapiro and Jenn Pearson

 

Using plants from our Red Barn Garden, Catherine and Jenn showed us how to create paper from scratch with the addition of marigold petals and other plants.
